Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Mon 01 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is only accessible from Impasse des Frênes. Please note that during check-in, a cleanliness and damage inspection of the accommodation will be done. Guests are required to leave the apartment, including the kitchen, in the same cleanliness state as upon arrival. Please note that any additional visitors need to be approved by the owner. Please note that bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. The Superior Apartment is located on the first floor, and can be accessed only by stairs. (There is no lift.)
