- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. - Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 52 euros. - Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 24 euros.
