Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Appartement Len in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 60 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that WiFi is available only when the residence is open. Please note that cots are available only upon demand. Please note that prepayment has to be paid within 48 hours after booking to secure your reservation. Beds can be made upon arrival for a EUR 10 extra fee.
