In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the city tax must be paid by card at least 7 days before arrival. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site for a charge of EUR 175 (which includes linen and towels for all guests) or guests can bring their own. Beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost of EUR 60. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is included except for the kitchen. Guests are required to clean the kitchen before departure.
