Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside office opening hours, please inform the property in advance. For arrivals after 19:00, please contact the property in advance of arrival in order to arrange this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented on site subject to availability for the following extra costs: - Bed linen kit: EUR 15 per person, per stay - Towel kit: EUR 10 per person, per stay Guests are to reserve bed linen and towels at least 10 days prior to arrival. If required, please make the request in the box "Customer Comments." Please note that covered parking is available for a fee and with advance reservation. Reservation has to be made as soon as possible after booking due to limited space. Please note that the cleaning fee is included in the price, but guests need to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and empty bins.
