A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. A EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that all guests must ensure that the bins are emptied, the dishes are washed and put away and that the kitchen area has been cleaned, including the worktops, oven, microwave, fridge and other kitchen equipment. Please note that the apartment does not have an allocated parking space but public parking spaces can be found nearby and there is an underground car park just 150 metres away that is free in the summer months. Please note that during the summer season only bed linen is provided and beds are made-up. Please note that during the winter season bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made-up. Please note that WiFi is available in the apartment but the connection is shared with the entire building. For this reason the signal is not very strong in the living area or in the double room, it is better in the triple room. Please note that the property can organise breakfast and dinner to be delivered to the property. This service is at an additional fee and must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
