Reception opening hours until 10/05/2015:

Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.

Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Please note that the reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Until 28/09/2014 and from 11/04/2015 until 10/05/2015, for stays of 7 nights or more, prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat) and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up).

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week, or cleaning kit. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 folding bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
