A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an electricity fee is not included in the price and is based on guest consumption. An exception is applicable during high season, when there will be a fixed charge of EUR 5 per week for electricity. Please note that the end of stay cleaning must be carried out by the guest. Please note that bed linen is not included in the room rate, but can be reserved for a fee by contacting the property. Please note that an animal can be accepted with an extra fee of EUR 25.
