This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Le Batelier in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that: Sheets and towels included for stays of 7 nights or more. Sheets and towels supplement for stays of less than 7 nights: 25 € / person. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. There is the possibility of having the final cleaning done by the stewardship company. Order to be made two weeks before your arrival.
