A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an electricity fee is not included in the price and is based on guest consumption. An exception is applicable during high season, when there will be a fixed charge of EUR 10 per week for electricity. Please note that bed linens is not included in the room rate.
