You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. PayPal is an accepted method of payment. Guests must sign a lease before arrival. Due to COVID-19 sanitary protocol, the property is not providing any bed linens. Guests are asked to bring their owns. A renting contract after booking will be sent out to guests via mail.
