A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this apartment is located on the 5th floor and is accessible only by a staircase. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 9 EUR per person Towels: 6 EUR per person If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that check-in outside reception opening hours is subject to a EUR 20 extra fee. Please note that if you arrive as expected at the property (more than 30 minutes) and didn't warned the owner about your delay, you will have to pay a EUR 20 extra fee.
