This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed Linens are not provided. You have the possibility to bring your linens and towels. Otherwise, we can offer you, if you wish, linen kits, for a supplement of 14€ per kit, invoiced by our local service provider, including 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases and 2 towels.For any kit request, please inform us before your arrival. Please note that extra fees for cats are 8 euros Please note that extra fees for small dogs are 10 euros and 15 euros for big dogs.
