This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed Linen Kit (fitted sheet or sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover) at the rate of 9 euros / single bed and 14 euros / double bed. Pre-booking strongly recommended. Free private outdoor parking space: 1 space available per accommodation, included in the price of the rental. They are authorized, kept on a leash in the common areas, but are prohibited around the swimming pool.
