Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included for stays of 3 and 4 days. Towels are not provided for stays from 5 nights. Towel rentals are available at the résidence . The supplement is 15 EUR/kit including a large + 1 small towel. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.
