In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's <a target='_blank' href="https://booking.com/content/terms.html#nov2021_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_5">Damage Policy</a>. Please note that bed linen and towels is not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent it onsite for an extra charge of 30 EUR for the first bed and 15 EUR for the second bed per stay. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: 20 EUR between 6 PM and 8 PM, 40 EUR between 8 PM and 10 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
