This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Gîte de la Ferme Rose in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them onsite for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: EUR 6 per person per stay - Towels: EUR 4 per person per stay.
