Front desk is open 24/7. There is no physical front desk on-site. Digital check-in system. To receive the building entry codes, apartment access code, and complete check-in instructions, guests have to make sure to complete the online registration form. Once completed, all information for check-in will be available on the boarding pass (mandatory and important). Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The guests need to contact the hotel in advance to receive check-in instrucstion. pls pass info to content update our system Deposit can be paid in one of two ways: EUR 300.00 per room per stay, refundable if unused, or direct payment non-refundable EUR 32.50 per room per stay in order to not to have any deposit. All payments can be done only by credit card, no cash accepted. The hotel may charge a cleaning fee of EUR 115.09 per room for the entire stay.
