In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. For damage deposit purposes a pre-authorization on the credit card in the name of the person who booked the apartment will be taken at the delivery of the keys. Please note that the following fees apply for arrivals and departures outside of regular check-in and check-out hours: - EUR 35 for arrivals on Sundays or public holidays - EUR 35 for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 - EUR 50 for arrivals after 22:00. A pre-authorization on credit card in the name of the person who booked the apartment will be taken at the delivery of the keys. This is not a payment. There is no debit. It is a pre-authorization. The amount depends on the size of the apartment. It will be 500€ for an apartment of less than 40m2, 1000€ for an apartment of 40 to 59m2, 1500€ for an apartment of 60 to 79m2 and 2000€ for an apartment of more than 80m2. A local tax of EUR 0.83 per night, per adult will be requested upon arrival.
