Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Opéra Septembre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 50 extra fee applies for check-in on Sundays and on French public holidays. The rental agency will send you a confirmation e-mail with the check-in address. Please note that guests will be requested to present photo ID upon arrival. The name on the ID must match the name used for reservation. Please note that payment with American Express card will incur a 3% charge. A baby cot is available for an extra charge of EUR 30 per stay.
