This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's <a target='_blank' href="https://booking.com/content/terms.html#nov2021_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_5">Damage Policy</a>. Here are some important information for your stay. Arrival and departure time The arrival time is after 15:00 and is agreed in advance for the delivery of keys. In case of late arrival after 21.00 there is a fee of 20 €. The departure time is before 10:00 and is agreed in advance for the collection of keys. In case of late departure there is a fee of 20 € per hour of delay. Non-smoking housing The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke outside (balcony). In the event of a smell of tobacco, an indemnity of 150€ will be deducted from the deposit for smoke extraction. Pets Only on request before your arrival and for a single small dog (less than 8 kgs). A fee of 30 € will have to be paid before your arrival. Tranquility In order to preserve the rest of all please make sure not to make noise after 22:00. Parties or events are prohibited. In case of violation of the rules the deposit will not be returned. Formalities before leaving the apartment Before leaving the apartment we ask you for: - Cleaning the kitchen - Washing the dishes and storing them in the cupboards In the event of a dirty kitchen or dishes not stored an indemnity of 30 € will be deducted from the deposit - Place the duvets, sheets and pillows used on the bed in the bedroom In the event of a very dirty apartment, an indemnity of 25 € per hour of additional cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Loss of the key, badge or remote control The loss compensation that will be retained from the deposit is: 100 € for the key, 50 € for the badge, 100 € for the remote control. Deposit The deposit is fixed at 300 €. It will be retained in case of incident during the stay: degradation, breakage, loss, not authorized party, etc. Emergency In case of emergency you can contact us by Booking.
