This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform L'appartement du parc vert marine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen can be rented for EUR 22 per bed per stay Towels can be rented for EUR 5 per person. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per night applies. Please note that a cleaning fee of 30 euros per stay may apply if cleaning is not done. Managed by a private host
