You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's <a target='_blank' href="https://booking.com/content/terms.html#nov2021_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_5">Damage Policy</a>. A supplement will apply for bookings between 1st of October and 15th of April to cover heating costs. Please note that the car park is not available due to renovation works until 31st March 2023. There is a possibility to park the car on the other side of the road, opposite the property. Cleaning fee is not included as you are welcome to return the flat as clean as you found it. Alternatively, you can ask the local rep to clean it for you at the end of your stay and pay her the 45 Euros directly. This fee includes the bedsheets, towels, kitchen cloths and bath mat for everyone too. Should you prefer to clean it yourself, a cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival.
