Reception opening hours:

Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit paid by cheque or credit card will be requested upon arrival. This is refundable and it may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

For short stays of 2 to 6 nights:

- Beds are made upon arrival, in winter and summer.

- For short stays of 2 to 6 nights or arrivals during week days, check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00.

If guests are planning to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in advance during the opening hours to get the access code to the apartment.

Guests receive 2 sets of bathroom linen (1 set includes 1 bath towel, 1 bath cloth and 1 bath rug) for accommodation of up to 4 persons. For 4-person accommodation, 4 sets of bathroom linen. Final cleaning is not included. Access to the heated pool and a parking space in the covered parking area are also included.

Stay 7 nights and more:

Guest receive 2 sets of bathroom linen, access to the indoor heated pool and a parking space in the covered parking area.

For stays of 7 nights and more:

Check-in from 17:00 and check-out before 10:00

If guests are planning to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Extra bathroom linen and extra final cleaning are to be booked on site.

For short or long stays, cleaning kits and items are available at an extra cost.
