This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 100 after check-out, according to this property's <a target='_blank' href="https://booking.com/content/terms.html#nov2021_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_5">Damage Policy</a>. Regarding the One-Bedroom House, if you use more than 8kwh/day an extra electricity fee of 0,15€/kwh will apply. Evening meals are available upon prior reservation and must be reserved 48 hours in advance. An adult meal costs EUR 18 and a child's meal, for children under the age of 12 years old costs EUR 10.
