This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence de L'YSE Bat C tarif spécial cure 21 J in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 15€ per person per per stay household linen : 8€ per person per stay The guest should pay 60€ /stay for the cleaning fees if they do not clean the room before check-out. The guest will not pay the extra fees if they clean themselves. Following the big increase in electricity costs, electric fees will be requested upon depature equal to 32cts per KWH Managed by a private host
