This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Duplex 41m² - 1 mn Centre Ville et Port in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for a EUR 25 extra fee. The pack includes linen for a double bed, bath towels and shower towels for 2 people.
