Guests are required to provide their travel information to the hotel in advance using the contact details from the booking confirmation email. Construction work is being carried out in the vicinity of the hotel, noise associated with them is possible.               A tax is imposed by the city: this tax does not apply to children under 12 years old. The cleaning fee depends on the length of stay and the size of the room. When booking a loft, a security deposit is required as a guarantee for the property. The deposit amount depends on the chosen loft: Deluxe Loft — EUR 250.00, Superior Loft — EUR 250.00, Premium Loft — EUR 500.00, Penthouse — EUR 1000.00. The deposit must be paid by Visa or Mastercard credit card in the name of the person who made the online booking. Checks, cash, American Express, and prepaid cards are not accepted for the security deposit.
