Please inform Appartement bord de plage Tranche s/mer in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels may be rented on site at an additional charge of EUR 16 / bed, EUR 8 for towels. Cleaning service may be provided at an additional charge of EUR 60. Guests can choose to clean themselves or to ask for this service. The property accepts bank transfer and holiday vouchers. Please note that from 1 November to 31 March, guests will be requested to pay an additional electricity fee, depending on the number of nights booked. Please note that the property is located on an upper floor and is accessed by stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
