A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that early check-in between 14.00 and 17.15 and late check-in between 19:15 and 21:00 is possible for an extra fee of EUR 50. Please note that guests are requested to read and accept the property house rules. Please note that a copy of your valid credit card or a security deposit cheque may be requested upon arrival. Please note that the kitchenette in the studio will not be accessible for guests that reserve the Breakfast Included rate. Please note that any meals or special requests must be paid upon arrival, in cash or by cheque. Please note that children cannot be left alone in the room. Please note that packed lunches are available on site, upon reservation and at a EUR 9.50 extra charge. Please note that in case of payment by credit card, a 4,9% extra fee will be charged on the guest's credit card.
