Please inform 90m2 Apartement - Les Palmiers de Cannes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due at the moment of booking. It can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. If the property has not received the deposit 3 days after booking, the reservation will be cancelled. Please note that arrivals after 21:00 are charged EUR 40.
