This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform ALC - PSA12 - 9 min PALAIS AND BEACHES in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the prepayment required is charged to the credit card entered at the time of booking. All further payment is due by bank transfer before arrival or cash upon arrival. The property will contact you with further details after booking. Please note that key collection is by appointment only. Please note that for a late arrival between 8 PM and midnight, the extra charges of EUR 40 can be invoiced. The service fee includes bed linen, towels, water and electricity, internet access, check-in/check-out and end-of-stay cleaning.
