You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 900 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the prepayment required is charged to the credit card entered at the time of booking. All further payment is due by bank transfer before arrival or cash upon arrival. The property will contact you with further details after booking. Please note that key collection is by appointment only. Please note that a EUR 40 fee applies in case of arrivals from 21:00 to 00:00. The service fee includes bed linen, towels, water and electricity, internet access, check-in/check-out and end-of-stay cleaning.
