Please note that a EUR 500 deposit will be requested upon arrival (payment by cheque or cash). This deposit may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay. A prepayment of 25% of the total stay amount is requested on the day of the booking. Payment by bank transfer or cheque. Please note that the owner will contact you once the reservation has been confirmed, in order to arrange payment of the deposit. If the deposit is not paid, the owner may cancel the reservation. Please note that property has no reception and that you need to call or e-mail the owner at least the day before your arrival to arrange key collection.
