Please inform Villa Bobnell in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the deposit is due by bank transfer. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Payment upon arrival is due by cash or cheque. Please note that bed linen and towels rentals are not included in the price: - Towels rental: EUR 24 per 2 people - Bed linen rental: EUR 20 per bed Please note that a EUR 45 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Managed by a private host
