You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. 30% of the total amount of your stay will be required 48 hours after booking in order to guarantee your reservation.
