Please note that you must pay the total amount of the reservation upon receipt of your contract. The owner will send you a contract specifying the terms of payment and all the details of the house and the pool. Once this is done, you will receive an e-mail with the exact address of the house. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for an additional fee. Available for rent are sheets and pillowcases, bath towels, pool towels and kitchen linen. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
