Please inform Les Mats Du Port in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's <a target='_blank' href="https://booking.com/content/terms.html#nov2021_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_5">Damage Policy</a>. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. The balance is due upon arrival in cash, and that credit card details are only taken to guarantee the reservation. Bank transfer, cheque and cash are the only accepted methods of payment. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site for EUR 15 per double bed or guests can bring their own.
