Please inform Villa Soraya , quiet location with big garden near beach and old town of NICE in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that towels and bed linen are not provided but rental is available at the property. To arrange this facility, please call the hotel in advance. Please note that prepayment and electricity fees are due by bank transfer at the time of booking. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that from 01 November to 31 March (winter season) electricity fees are charged at a cost of EUR 5 per day.
