Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. It is recommended to have a car to go out at night. Please note that the property is only accessible through a steep slope. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon arrival. The last buses going to Monaco and Menton leave at 19:30 every evening. Please contact the property in advance for specific directions on how to access La Bella Vista. Please note that the property does not accept EUR 500 notes. Please note that cheques are not an accepted method of payment. Please note that children aged 13 and above can be accomodated in the two-bedroom house. There a 6 cats living on the premises. Arrival time: 20pm Managed by a private host
