The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Reception opening hours: April to September: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 20:00 Friday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00 July and August: Open 24 hours a day, every day. October to March: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 21:00 Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Please note that these reception hours can be subject to change. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included in the price according to the accommodation (except the kitchen). Please note that guests are required to clean their kitchen area before departure. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent a towels kit consisting of a large towel, a small towel and a bath mat onsite for an extra charge of EUR 8 per kit. Please note that bedding arrangement and accommodation photos are given as a suggestion and the apartment allocated may vary.
