Please inform Villa Rico in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels can be rented for the following fees: - EUR 25 per double bed - EUR 20 per single bed - EUR 20 per person for towels Please note that check-in takes place from 10:00 to 13:00 only on Sundays and public holidays. Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
