This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform RESIDENCE INAYA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Please note that check-in between 15:00 and 17:00 is free upon prior request. Check-in takes place between 17:00 and 19:00. Late check-in carries a surcharge of EUR 20 from 19:00 to 21:00 and EUR 50 from 21:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, the property offers automatic check-in. Please note that the supplement for pets is charged according to their weight. For cats and dogs weighing less than 5 kg, this fee is EUR 5 per day. For cats and dogs weighing between 5 and 10 kg, the surcharge is EUR 10. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 400 may be requested from you remotely or on-site, the day before or the day of your arrival, in the form of an imprint of your credit card. The cancellation will be made within a maximum of 7 days after your departure. Parties are not allowed in this establishment. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
